Nigeria international midfielder, Mikel Agu is completing a move to French Ligue 1 giants Olympique Marseille from FC Porto.
Agu played last season on loan at Turkish side Bursaspor and upon his
return to Porto, he made it clear that he wants to leave if he is not
guaranteed regular playing time.
The player left Porto’s pre-season camp last week and he is seriously
courting interest from Marseille, who are, however, keen on having him
on loan next season, with the option to sign him permanently next
summer.
OwnGoal reports that Porto and the player are pinning for a deal that will involve a permanent move away from the club.
