The 2016/2017Premier League season came to a close on Sunday. But my word did the 20 teams who played put on quite the show for fans around the globe with no less than 38 goals between them.
As
always a number of stats emerged following the final, final whistles.
Some interesting, some to be expected, and some just utterly
mind-blowing.

Manchester
United named their youngest ever Premier League starting XI in their
match against Crystal Palace (22y 284d). It is the third youngest
starting XI fielded by any side in Premier League history.

goals in all competitions for Manchester City this term; his best ever
return in a single season for the club.
