A member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has attracted attention online after an intense facial expression he pulled during the swearing-in ceremony at the NYSC orientation camp in Nasarawa State went viral.

The corps member was among 2,492 prospective corps members welcomed into the 2026 Batch ‘B’ Stream II Orientation Course at the Magaji Dan Yamusa NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Keffi on Friday, August 7, 2026.

A photograph of the young man, captured by Charles Eze during the ceremony, has since circulated widely on social media, with many users reacting to his striking expression.

The swearing-in ceremony was conducted by Justice Abdullahi Shams Shama, who administered the Oath of Allegiance to the newly inducted corps members.

The Batch ‘B’ Stream II corps members are expected to undergo the mandatory orientation programme as part of their NYSC service year.
