Controversial social media critic, VeryDarkMan, has mocked participants of the recent #FreeNnamdiKanu protest, claiming they joined the movement for clout rather than genuine concern for justice.
Speaking during an Instagram Live session, VeryDarkMan ridiculed how the protest reportedly lost momentum following the arrest of activist Omoyele Sowore.
According to him, most of the protesters lacked understanding of the cause they were supporting.
He said:
“Protest don go down. Nnamdi Kanu protest went down immediately they arrested Sowore, you know why? Because the people didn’t even know what they were going to fight for. They went to support Sowore because of hype, not because they knew the cause.”
