The endorsement builds on earlier declarations of support from Chugwi Ward two months ago and Vwang Ward—Bagos’ hometown—last month, further consolidating his grassroots momentum ahead of the 2027 elections.

The rally, attended by sons and daughters of Turu from across the country, also welcomed a strong delegation from Riyom Local Government Area. The event was charged with unity, enthusiasm, and a shared belief in Bagos’ vision for a more progressive and inclusive Plateau North.

Chairman of the Development Association of Turu, Vwang, and convener of the Vwang District movement, Hon. Dachung Mwanta, urged residents to give Bagos the Senate mandate, citing his proven record in delivering transformative projects and community-based programs.

Other notable voices at the event included: Hon. Dung Tari, former PDP Chairman of Jos South LGA, who declared unwavering solidarity, Hon. Da Dauda Vwangdung, Chairman of Vwang District Stakeholders, who reaffirmed the district’s commitment and pledged massive grassroots mobilization, Hon. Da Daches and other respected community leaders, who called for continuity, stability, and people-driven development.

From Chugwi to Vwang, from Turu to Riyom, stakeholders say the message is clear: the people are united behind Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos for Plateau North Senate in 2027.

“This movement goes beyond one individual—it is a collective vision for growth, unity, and development that leaves no community behind,” a supporter said, summing up the mood of the rally.
