Popular TikTok influencer Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, better known as Jarvis, has opened up on why she and her partner, Peller, are yet to tie the knot.
Speaking during a TikTok Live session that has since gone viral, the 23-year-old content creator said her boyfriend’s age is the main reason for the delay in their marriage plans.
“By now, I would have gotten married, but your age is the one slowing me down. If you were older than me, we would have gotten married,” she told Peller during the live broadcast.
Jarvis, who hails from Benin City, Edo State, is widely known for her viral skits where she plays a robot-like character. She gained prominence during a university strike after a friend encouraged her to try TikTok.
She later teamed up with Peller—who is also her partner—and revealed that she initially supported him financially before he also found fame on the platform.
Today, Jarvis commands an audience of over 7 million followers, cementing her status as one of Nigeria’s most recognizable online creators.
