Controversial relationship influencer and self-acclaimed therapist, Blessing CEO, has publicly apologised to people she may have hurt through her words and actions in the past.
The influencer, whose real name is Nkiru Blessing Okoro, made the apology in an emotional social media post following her recent release on bail.
In the post, she admitted that she now understands the pain of people whose experiences she previously mocked, expressing regret over her past comments and asking for forgiveness.
She also spoke about her current emotional struggles following the death of her nine-year-old son, Bryan, who reportedly died after an asthma attack while she was in detention.
Describing herself as broken and emotionally exhausted, Blessing CEO appealed to the public to pray for her, saying she was struggling to make sense of everything happening around her.
“I am sorry to everyone I have hurt with words and actions. Now I can feel every bit of your pain that I once mocked,” she wrote.
She further described herself as a prodigal child returning home after learning difficult lessons, adding that she was ready to start afresh.
Meanwhile, the influencer is still facing legal proceedings over separate fraud allegations.
