Cristiano Ronaldo has agreed to join Juventus after the Italian
champions decided to pay the €100 million (£88m/$116m) release clause in
his Real Madrid contract, according to O Jogo.
Juventus have analysed the financial aspects of signing the
Portugal superstar and, in addition to the fee, are prepared to hand
Ronaldo a four-year contract worth €120m (£101m/$140m).
Ronaldo’s relationship with Madrid president Florentino Perez has
broken down amid a failure to agree a new contract and the 33-year-old
has decided to join Juventus.
Real Madrid have agreed a staggering €272 million (£239m/$316m)
deal with PSG to sign forward Kylian Mbappe, according to respected
French journalist Baptiste Ripart .
The Champions League winners will apparently make four separate
payments to the Ligue 1 champions for the France international, who
helped send his country through to the World Cup quarter-finals with two
goals against Argentina.
Willian is pushing for a move to Barcelona and his agent Kia
Joorabchian is in London trying to convince Chelsea to sell, according
to Mundo Deportivo .
Brazil international Willian does not want to miss out on the
opportunity to join Barcelona, but Chelsea are demanding €80 million
(£70.7m/$93.2m) for the attacking midfielder.
Barcelona do not want to pay such a fee for a player who turns 30
in August and are hoping to reach a compromise, which could also include
Willian accepting a reduced salary in the way his compatriot Paulinho
did 12 months ago to secure a move to Camp Nou.
Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante has been identified by Paris
Saint-Germain as their priority signing for the summer transfer window,
reports L’Equipe .
PSG’s sporting director Antero Henrique wants to sign a midfielder
and has identified France international Kante as the man to fill the
role.
However, the likely cost of a deal for Kante – a transfer fee of
€100 million-plus (£88.2m/$116.4m) and salary of €12m-plus (£10.6m/$14m)
a year – could put him out of the reach of PSG, who also hold an
interest in Bayern Munich’s David Alaba and Juventus’s Alex Sandro as
they look to strengthen their left side.
