
The Jos Carnival Team have announced the postponement of the earlier scheduled Carnival Street Parade to hold on Tuesday, the 3rd of April, 2018. The statement was made after consultation with stakeholders with regards to the recent happenings in Plateau State.

Due to recent happenings in our dear State and following consultations with key stakeholders, The Carnival Committee regrets to inform invited groups, stake holders and the public that the Carnival Street Parade earlier scheduled to hold on Tuesday, the 3rd of April, 2018 has been postponed. While working on a new date, we must, as a people of faith and great resolve, remain resilient, We must march on. We appreciate the interest the Jos Carnival is creating in making Plateau State a tourism destination of choice. We are confident things will get better and our dear state will bounce back to reckoning in the scheme of global affairs. We look forward to sustaining the relationships being created through the Jos Carnival.
