Nigerian minister of state for petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu joined his
people ”Onicha Ugbo” in Delta State in celebration of the New Yam
Festival.
The first-class law graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, holds the traditional title of Odogwu of Onicha Ugbo.
He was seen wearing a leopard skin attire, wielding a machete while displaying some cultural dance skills at the event.
