Hon Joseph Guluwa has gotten the green light from a Jos High court as the APC candidate For Bokkos LGA ahead of October Polls
The Claimant in that case filed a suit seeking among others an induction restraining PLASIEC from featuring Guluwa as the APC candidate.
Filed along with the suit is a application for interlocuroty injunction restraining PLASIEC from featuring GULUWA as APC candidate. The application for interlocuroty injunction has been fixed for hearing on 2nd Sept. 2021.
The claimant also filed an application for interim injunction for parties to maintain status quo pe ding the hearing of the application for interlocuroty injunction which was fixed for 2nd Sept. 2021.
The Court refused all other prayers in the motion exparte except the following reliefs:
1. An order for substituted service for Guluwa to be served with the suit by substituted means, to wit: to be served through APC secretariat.
2. An order for the suit to be heared a determined during the vacation.
3. An Order for parties to maintain status quo pending the hearing of the motion on Notice (2nd Sept. 2021)
Therefore, there is no such injunction restraining PLASIEC from featuring Guluwa since PLASIEC does not intend to hold election before 2nd Sept. 2021.
