Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Kayikunmi, has expressed a desire to voluntarily exit the show, following a string of emotional challenges and confrontations within the house.
During a heart-to-heart conversation with fellow housemate Faith on Monday evening, Kayikunmi revealed that he was overwhelmed by recent events and was seriously contemplating leaving the competition.
“I want to voluntarily exit,” he told Faith, who responded by encouraging him to stay strong and face the challenges head-on.
“Why do you want to voluntarily exit? No, you are not a b*tch. You have to ask yourself why,” Faith urged.
Kayikunmi has recently been at the centre of several relationship-related controversies, involving fellow housemates Isabella, Thelma, and Mide. Tensions escalated after his fallout with Isabella, who vowed never to speak with him again following his decision to be Thelma’s guest after her Head of House (HoH) win on Sunday night.
The situation worsened when he became entangled in a heated clash with Bright Morgan, the love interest of his crush, Mide, on Monday afternoon.
To make matters more difficult, Thelma lost the Head of House challenge to Victory, leading to both her and Kayikunmi’s eviction from the HoH Lodge—a move that further affected his emotional state.
As of the time of this report, Big Brother is yet to officially respond to Kayikunmi’s request for a voluntary exit.
