Super Falcons goalkeeper Comfort Erhabor has joined English Women’s Super League side Crystal Palace on a two-year contract.
Crystal Palace Women announced the signing of the 21-year-old Nigeria international on Thursday, September 3, 2026, following her departure from Portsmouth.
Erhabor spent the 2025/26 season with Portsmouth, making six appearances across all competitions before leaving the club at the end of her contract.
She began her football career in England with the Brighton & Hove Albion academy and subsequently gained senior experience during loan spells with Scottish side Hibernian and Plymouth Argyle.
Born in the Netherlands and raised in England, Erhabor opted to represent Nigeria at international level. She made her Super Falcons debut in February 2026 in a friendly against Cameroon and was later included in Nigeria’s squad for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
Speaking after completing her move to Palace, Erhabor expressed excitement about the opportunity and described the transfer as an important step in her career.
“I’m very excited to get started. I’m aspiring to play at the highest level, so this is a really big step in my career,” she said.
Crystal Palace manager Jo Potter also welcomed the Nigerian goalkeeper, describing her as a promising young player.
“Comfort is a promising young goalkeeper, and we are thrilled to have her here at Palace,” Potter said.
Crystal Palace Women secured promotion to the Women’s Super League after finishing second in the Championship last season, and Erhabor will now have the opportunity to compete at England’s top level.
The move represents another step forward in the young goalkeeper’s developing career and gives her a new platform to establish herself both at club level and with the Super Falcons.
