The Plateau State Executive Governor, His Excellency, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has taken proactive measures to address the high cost of road transportation caused by the removal of fuel subsidies. Governor Mutfwang recognizes the importance of revitalizing the state’s abandoned railway service to offer residents a more affordable means of transportation.
In a strategic move, Governor Mutfwang has entered into a partnership with the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) to facilitate low-cost transport services within both rural and urban areas of the state. The collaboration seeks to ease the financial burden on residents and provide a viable transportation alternative.
