Social media personality Phyna has issued a public apology to police officers she previously accused of being kidnappers, clarifying that her earlier claims stemmed from a misunderstanding during the arrest of her cameraman.

In a follow-up statement, Phyna explained that officers conducted a search on her cameraman during which a “crusher” was allegedly found in his bag. She further stated that a substance described as a partially smoked wrap of cannabis was also discovered in his possession, leading to his arrest.

According to her clarification, it was these findings that prompted the police action, and she noted that the matter has since been resolved.

Phyna urged the public to disregard her earlier viral video in which she described the officers as kidnappers, admitting that the characterization was inaccurate and made in error.

She emphasized the need for proper verification before making public accusations, especially in sensitive situations involving law enforcement personnel.

The apology comes after her initial video sparked reactions online, with mixed responses from social media users over her claims and the circumstances surrounding the incident.
