Governor Simon Lalong has called on leaders at the grassroots to be responsive to the yearnings of the people.
Gov Lalong gave the charge while swearing-in the new Transition Implementation Chairman of Kanam Local government area of Plateau State.
He called on the chairman to unite the various interests in the area towards peaceful coexistence
The occassion followed the approval of his nomination by the Plateau State House of Assembly.
The new chairman, Alh Hudu Usman thanked Governor Simon Lalong for the opportunity to serve, promising to give his utmost best.
