President Muhammadu Buhari, on Thursday commissioned the recently-completed
first phase of the Abuja light rail project as he flagged-off the
railway services signalling the commencement of operations of the
long-awaited rail services in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja.

showing the moment Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El Rufai, knelt in
humility and respect while greeting the President as he arrived for the
commissioning of the Abuja Light rail earlier today.
