Nigerian streamer and TikTok personality Peller has sparked reactions online after removing his wife, Jarvis, from a livestream following a heated argument over her younger sister.
The disagreement occurred during a live broadcast when Peller claimed that he and Jarvis were like parents to her younger sister and should have a say in her affairs, including choosing a future husband for her.
Jarvis immediately rejected the suggestion, insisting that her younger sister already had parents and that she was responsible for advising her on personal matters. She also maintained that her sister, who is reportedly above 18, should be allowed to make her own decisions.
The argument escalated when Peller insisted that their age and position in the family gave them a parental role. Jarvis challenged his claim, questioning whether her family would have chosen him as her husband if they had been responsible for selecting her partner.
She further urged him to stop involving himself in her sister’s affairs and concentrate on their own child.
As the exchange became more heated, Peller accused Jarvis of allowing her younger sister to disrespect him. He eventually removed her from the livestream and continued expressing his displeasure during the broadcast.
The incident has generated mixed reactions on social media, with some users supporting Jarvis’ position that her sister should be allowed to make her own choices, while others criticised the couple for allowing a family disagreement to play out publicly.
The latest disagreement adds to the public attention surrounding the couple’s relationship, which has frequently featured in their livestreams and social media conversations.
Neither party’s further response to the incident was included in the reports available at the time of publication.
