More than 73,000 people gathered on Sunday, September 21, for the memorial service of Charlie Kirk in Glendale, Arizona.

The State Farm Stadium, with a capacity of about 73,000, was filled to the brim within hours of opening its doors at 8 a.m. Thousands more were directed to the nearby Desert Diamond Arena, which served as an overflow venue.

Turning Point USA, Kirk’s organization, revealed that over 200,000 people registered for the service, which featured tributes from U.S. President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and Kirk’s widow, Erika.

Mourners, dressed in red, white, and blue as requested, began arriving as early as 4 a.m., with some walking nearly two miles after parking lots reached full capacity.
