Miss Plateau 2019 Beauty Pageant, Plateau State No1 Beauty pageant has officially kicked off with activities for the 2019 Edition as NTA Jos in collaboration with GOTHAM CITY NETWORK are geared to deliver another
exciting and fun filled beauty pageant and crown a new queen for 2019.
The 2019 edition officially kicked off on Tuesday 12th November 2019 at the NTA Jos premises with the screening of various contestants who are set to project the cultural heritage and beauty of 17 LGAs of Plateau State.
NTA Jos Zonal Director, Mr Peter Ochigbo hosted the contestants in his office on Wednesday 13th November in which he noted that the partnership of NTA Jos was one that goes to assure the general public that it was a
laudable project seeking to promote the goodwill and peaceful co-existence of Plateau
State. Mr Peter also encouraged the contestants to show intelligence as one
of their attribute and not just rely on beauty, as they project various local governments they should focus on
culture, beauty and tourism of various local government areas of Plateau state.
Mayor Isaac Brown the president of Gotham City Network went on to outline the activities of the 2019 edition with a grand finale on Sunday 17th November 2019 at Usiju World Event Centre. He described the Miss Plateau state
beauty pageant “The Evolution Of Beauty” as an annual celebration of beauty, intellect and the cultural heritage of young maidens on the plateau
devoid of nudity and obscene practices, which attracts great sons and
daughters of the plateau, Captains of industries and traditional leaders
and top government functionaries

Miss Plateau 2019 Pageant will feature 17undergraduates projecting the rich cultural heritage
of the 17 Local Government Areas in the state. This years edition is
slated for Sunday, November 17th, 2019. at Usiju World Event Centre,
Jos.
