The Lagos State government has announced that the 50% discount on transportation fares on all regulated buses has ended.
The discount was announced on Feb. 8, 2023. It has now been announced that it will stop by the end of March and the bus fare will return to 100% by April 1, 2023.
Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA) announced the news on Wednesday, March 28, via Twitter.
