A Galatasaray fan identified as Hussein on Monday visited the Sardienne Complex in Fès, Morocco, to watch Victor Osimhen participate in the Super Eagles’ training session.
The Super Eagles resumed training on Monday after observing Sunday as a rest day, following their 3–2 victory over the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia.
Hussein arrived at the training ground carrying a Galatasaray flag as a show of support for Osimhen and was warmly received by the striker’s teammates and members of the Super Eagles’ technical crew.
The gesture mirrors a similar show of support during the last Africa Cup of Nations, when Napoli fans visited the Super Eagles’ hotel in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, to cheer the forward.
Osimhen has so far recorded one goal and one assist in two appearances for the Super Eagles at AFCON 2025.
The 27-year-old striker is, however, expected to be rested for tonight’s Group clash against the Cranes of Uganda.
