Madrid rested key players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Luka Modric and Toni
Kroos and dearly paid for it as Gerard Moreno’s stoppage-time goal gave
Espanyol a shock 1-0 LaLiga win against the champions at the RCDE
Stadium on Tuesday night.

season and ended their four-game winning run in the Spanish top flight.
