Preparations are in top gear for the forthcoming Jos Jesus Crusade, a major evangelistic campaign organized by Take the Nations (TTN)—an international Christian ministry based in the United States and South Africa—in partnership with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Plateau State Chapter.
This was revealed during a vision casting meeting held on Monday, November 3, 2025, at Covenant Word Christian Centre International, opposite the old Jos Steel Rolling Mills, off Old Airport Road, Jos.

Speaking at the event, Evangelist Brandon James, International Crusade Director of Take the Nations, said the mission to Plateau State was divinely inspired at a critical time in the state’s history.
“We believe God sent us here because this is a critical moment for Plateau State. God loves this land and its people, and He has sent us to proclaim the only gospel that can bring salvation and healing. The people can expect to see the miraculous—deaf ears opened, the blind seeing, the sick healed, and lives transformed in the name of Jesus,” he declared.
Evangelist James further announced that Evangelist Daniel du Toit, founder of Take the Nations, will lead the five-day crusade scheduled to hold from December 17 to 21, 2025, at Little St. John’s Field, opposite the Polo Field in Jos. He explained that the ministry was birthed on the biblical mandate from Psalm 2:8 — “Ask of Me, and I will give you the nations for your inheritance.”
In his welcome address, Rev. Dr. Dunka Gomwalk, Chairman of CAN Plateau State, described the vision casting meeting as an opportunity to mobilize the body of Christ for the outreach. He urged churches across the state to volunteer members to serve in departments such as prayer, counseling, mobilization, security, medical, media, and publicity.
“This is a call for unity and service. We must all play our part to ensure that the light of the gospel shines across Plateau through this great crusade,” Rev. Gomwalk said.
Also speaking, Evangelist Nathan Obukoh and Evangelist Grant Frank shared the inspiring journey of Evangelist Du Toit, who was mentored by the late Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke and has since led powerful crusades across Africa, including Zambia and Nigeria.
They recounted that Du Toit’s ministry began after a divine encounter that led him to conduct his first mass crusade in Zambia—an event that opened the door to widespread evangelistic missions across Africa. The team has since held massive gatherings in towns like Ofa in Kwara State and Ile-Ife in Osun State, witnessing miraculous healings and thousands turning to Christ.
“We believe God is about to do something great in Jos,” Evangelist Grant said. “Just as we’ve seen in other cities, we expect revival, healing, and transformation in Plateau State.”
The Jos Jesus Crusade is expected to draw thousands of worshippers from Plateau and neighboring states, featuring spirit-filled worship, soul-winning messages, healing, deliverance, and renewed faith.
Take the Nations has conducted similar large-scale crusades in various countries with the goal of spreading the gospel and transforming lives through the power of Jesus Christ. Organizers say the Jos edition promises to be a landmark event for the city and the Christian community in Northern Nigeria.
