Plateau state Governor, Simon Bako Lalong was in Abuja on Thursday to unveil the BENNIE PURRIE, a
sports car manufactured by Jerry Mallo of Bennie Agro from plateau state.
The Director of PLASMIDA Dr Haggai Gutap opened the exhibition
with his remark that Plateau will be the Automobile Hub of Nigeria with
the vision of setting up an
Automobile factory in Jos that will supply Nigeria with Cars.
Jerry Malo,The engineer behind the production of the car was full of
praises to the Lalong led administration.
“My Gratitude to Government for been there when i needed them most, I
was Doing my fabrication in the village before PLASMIDA located me and
took my work to the state and the Governor has taken me to the
federal level” Mallo said.
Jerry Malo added that
Bennie Agro is a Group of young people that are talented and have more
values in society making use of their hands, as they meet farmers and discuss problems and solutions.
We are here to tell you that the youths are up for the challenge. Governor Simon Bako Lalong in his remark, praised Bennie Agro for his
pro-plateau spirit and his entrepreneurial vision.

Governor Lalong unveiled plans to have technical schools in the three
zonal headquarters of Plateau
“It’s never too late to to learn a skill” Lalong argued as he promised
to Introduce a scheme for compulsory skill acquisition for all Plateau
Civil Servants in Plateau State.
