Nigerian Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy has been announced as one of the artists who will host an in-game radio station in the highly anticipated video game Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6).
The singer will co-host AfroBank FM alongside German DJ and music producer Palms Trax, bringing African music to players worldwide.
According to Rockstar Games, the station will showcase a wide range of African sounds, including classic recordings, undiscovered musical gems, amapiano and 3-step music.
Burna Boy’s involvement marks another milestone in his relationship with the franchise. His song Killin Dem, featuring Zlatan, previously appeared on GTA V’s iFruit Radio, while Gettin’ Money featured in the GTA Online Cayo Perico update.
The Nigerian star joins an international lineup of music personalities set to host radio stations in the game, including Bad Bunny, Lana Del Rey, Morgan Wallen, Robyn, Trick Daddy and Trina, as well as members of heavy metal band Slayer.
GTA 6, developed by Rockstar Games, is scheduled for release on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
