The CEO Brains Ijachi Foundation, Arc. Brains Michael Ijachi was among great and eminent personalities awarded and inducted into the United Nations Humanitarian Hall of Fame/Meritorious Award & Charity Concert 2021.
The event was held at Chida lnt’l Event Centre (Utako, Abuja-FCT, Nigeria on the 29th October 2021 by the Global Fundamental Need Aid and Development Forum in collaboration with the United Nations Economic & Social Council Award.
Other notable awardees at the occasion included; HRM Alfred Dieta-Spiff the Amayanabo of towu Brass Kingdom in Bayelsa and the first Military Governor of River State, AARE (Dr.) Adekunle Ishola Oshodi, GICRIWM l, IICEP, HRH Alh. Responding after the award/induction, Arc. Brains Michael Ijachi said his story was long and full of great quest and adventures as it was a great testimony of God’s glory.
He said ” In 2009 When God gave this divine assignment and call BRAINS IJACHI FOUNDATION, I was wondering how to go about it.. the road was full of discouragements, disappointments, fake people, troubles and storms but I chose to believe in God and move. Some years down the line, I thought of quiting and absconding but for the love of God and humanity I continued till this day. Till I breathe my last, I will do this by God’s grace.

While describing the recognition by the United Nations, the CEO Brains Ijachi Foundation went on to state that “A prophet, as the Holy book said, is not honored in his own town. People around that ought to encourage you might give blind-eyes, deaf-ears and even go as far as tagging you names but God is a God that can use the most looked down upon and make him or her the most looked up upon. Not Jos, not Plateau State, not Nigeria alone but United Nations (UN) from all the way this must be GOD”.
“Never get discouraged in what you believe in, someday soon God will breathe on it and Men will look for you. Continue in good faith and believe, even when the road seems so dark, even when no one is there to encourage you. Encourage yourself in the Lord and never stop but keep moving”.
“I was standing in the midst of great, mighty, big, men and women of timber and caliber, Governors, highly prolific and esteemed honorable at Abuja Nigeria to receive an award well-merited and distinguished”.Brains Ijachi said.
He went on to dedicate the award to God Almighty, widows, orphans, IDPs, the less privileged, the needy, his family, all the Patrons, Matrons, Staff, Directors, Volunteers of Brains Ijachi Foundation and the general public.
