A pro-All Progressives Congress (APC) women’s group, APC Dynamic Women for Tinubu 2027, has intensified mobilization efforts ahead of its Plateau State inauguration, as it reiterates support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.
The group, described as a coalition of Northern women, was formed in 2022 and played a role in the 2023 general elections, contributing to the campaigns of President Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima.
Following its national inauguration held on February 11, 2026, in Abuja, the group has announced plans for its Plateau State inauguration scheduled for April 24, 2026, in Jos.
According to the group, Plateau State holds strategic importance in its mobilization drive ahead of the 2027 elections. It noted that the state remains a key base for its operations and emphasized the need for massive voter turnout in support of the APC.
The group also highlighted the importance of aligning with the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Tinubu administration, describing the upcoming elections as an opportunity to strengthen political partnerships and consolidate gains recorded so far.
While calling on members and supporters to intensify grassroots mobilization, the group expressed confidence in securing widespread support for the President’s second-term ambition.
It further linked its political objectives to broader electoral outcomes in the state, expressing optimism about the prospects of Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang in the 2027 political landscape.
The Plateau inauguration is expected to draw stakeholders, party loyalists, and women groups from across the state as preparations intensify for the event.
