The Residence of the Lebanese man alleged to have been involved in sexual molestation of under-aged girls in Abattoir, Jos has been vandalized by irate youths in the area. See some items discovered.
Our source who went to the house in the company of security discovered that while police was trying to calm the situation at the station, irate youths who took the advantage of the concentration of security personnel at the Police outpost to sneak into than man’s house and vandalized it.
On entering the house, the team of security personnel saw the ransacked house in shambles. Items in the house were vandalized, destroyed and carted away.
The next neighbour who is also a Lebanese, popularly known as God father was also attacked, his phones snatched.
Several Identity cards of persons were also seen in one of the rooms.
Security discovered what looks like shallow graves at the backyard of the building. The security have condoned the house tagging it as a crime scene subject to investigation.
immigration officers have been called in trying to ascertain if the man is a genuine immigrant.
However, Abattoir youth leader Mr James Pam called on youths in the area soliciting for calm & cautioning youths who were involved in the vandalism to returned any item carted away.
Further investigation revealed that the said man has been renting the apartment for over 30 years and has been involved in such activities with minors whom he deceives to pay their school fees and sometimes as little as N200
Some residents who spoke under anonymity said they have been looking for evidence to nail the man who has been molesting the children.
The man has been transferred to the State CID and the 10 underaged girls returned home but will be taken to a hospital for examination
