Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), disclosed that President Bola Tinubu has given the green light for the establishment of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) within the FCT Administration.
Wike shared this information during a press briefing held in Abuja on Friday October 13.
The minister also stated that the president had approved the establishment of a Woman Affairs secretariat in the FCT, which would be commissioned in the coming weeks.
He expressed displeasure that the nonexistence of the commission has made it impossible for directors in the FCTA to attain the position of Permanent Secretary.
