Nigeria’s Super Falcons have secured their place in the TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), Morocco 2026, following an impressive two-legged victory over Benin Republic.

The ten-time African champions confirmed their qualification with a 1–1 draw in Abeokuta on Tuesday, October 28, after an earlier 2–0 win in Cotonou, earning a 3–1 aggregate triumph.

With the result, the Falcons extended their remarkable record as the only team to have qualified for every edition of the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations since its inception.

The reigning champions now join hosts Morocco as the first nations to book their spots in next year’s continental showpiece.
