A video showing students of a tertiary institution in Edo State leaping from a two-storey building balcony to escape a fire has gone viral on social media.
The incident occurred at a building located behind Farnet Campus 2 in Auchi. In the footage, a male student is seen jumping from the second-floor balcony shortly after the fire began.
Other students quickly placed a ladder against the building, allowing those trapped inside to climb down to safety.
The video has sparked concern online as viewers react to the dangerous situation faced by the students.
