Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, representing Kogi Central, has publicly expressed heartfelt gratitude to her husband, High Chief Emmanuel Uduaghan, for his unwavering support through her most difficult moments.
The lawmaker, who recently resumed duties at the National Assembly following a six-month suspension, shared a touching photo of herself kneeling before her husband in appreciation.
In the post shared on Friday, October 3, 2025, Natasha described Uduaghan as her “safe space” and source of strength during her trials.
She wrote: “In life’s toughest battles, I have found my greatest strength in your love, my dearest Alema. Thank you for standing by me, for holding my hand through every challenge, and for being my safe place.
“I’m blessed to walk this journey with you. Your Queen, Natasha Uduaghan. By God, your love and our people’s support.”
Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan was suspended in March for alleged misconduct during her protest against the reassignment of her Senate seat by Senate President Godswill Akpabio on February 20. The suspension barred her from participating in all activities of the 10th Senate for six months.
Her reinstatement last week marked her return to legislative duties, with many of her supporters celebrating her resilience and courage.
