President Buhari is scheduled to present
the 2017 budget to a joint session of the National Assembly today
December 14th at 2pm. It was earlier scheduled to hold by 12 noon but was rescheduled because
President Buhari is yet to return from Gambia where he went for an AU
Assignment.
