President Buhari pays sympathy visit to Borno state over fresh Boko Haram attack (video)

President Buhari this afternoon, landed in Borno state to pay a
sympathy visit to the government and people of the state over last
Sunday February 9th Boko Haram attack in Auno, a community in the state.

Over 30 persons were burnt to death while several others were
abducted after the attack.  President Buhari was in Addis Ababa,
Ethiopia for the 33rd Ordinary Session of Presidents and Governments of
the African Union.

Garba Shehu, the Special Asisistant to Presidnet Buhari on Media and
Publicity, who announced the President’s visit to the state, wrote

12:45pm. President Buhari, aboard the BBJ from Addis Ababa just
landed in Maiduguri. He is paying a sympathy visit to the government and
people of Borno following the recent horrific incident in which BH
terrorists killed several travelers.
