A man simply identified as Taiye has been apprehended after he hacked his wife to death and fled to Delta State.
The suspect, hacked his wife, Endurance, to death in Oviorie-Ovu community, Ethiope-East Local Government Area of Delta State before fleeing to his sister’s house in Abraka, Delta State.
It was learnt that the deceased had eight children before she got married to the suspect.
However, after he told his sister what he had done, she invited of the Delta State Police Command who arrested the brother.
The Delta State Police Command led by CP Ari Muhammed Ali confirmed the report in a text message sent by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe.
