Nigerians all over the world have continued to show their love for Queen Elizabeth and have also joined the Royal family in celebration of the late Queen’s death.
Just recently, photos of Nigerian aunties rocking beautiful uniformed attire popularly called ‘Aso Ebi’ with Queen Elizabeth’s portrait printed on it for the British monarch’s burial have made rounds on social media.
The Nigerian aunties’ outfit is said to have gone viral and made it to the international news outlet, Sky News, and they will reportedly be displayed in the London Museum.
According to Owambe UK, “It started as a joke and one of us took it seriously. The outfits were turned around in four days and delivered from Lagos to London the day before the event.”
