Dr Fabong Jemchang Yildam has emerged as the new Chairman of the
Plateau Youth Council (PYC) beating his close rival Humphrey Dashe.
The umbrella youth body which has been dormant for years came alive
these last few months as youths all over the state and beyond focuses
their attention on the election which climaxed today 22nd April 2017 with delegates casting their votes.
