Plateau United FC remain top of NPFL despite home draw

Plateau United FC hosted Lobi stars of Makurdi at the Jos township stadium on Wednesday 1st March for match day 11 in the Nigerian Professional Football League. The Plateau team were unable to find the back of the net at home for the first time this season and at full time the scoreline stood at 0-0 as both sides shared the points,

Notwithstanding their
goalless draw at home with Lobi Stars, Plateau United remain on top of the NPFL
log.

It is not only the
first time that the Jos side will drop points at home, but also the first time
they will fail to score in front of their fans this term.

United have 21 points
from 11 matches.

Match day 12 will see the Plateau team travel away to confront Shooting Stars FC on Sunday 5th March.
