A group in Plateau state under the name, PDP youths for good governance and democracy has once again presented a youth as a running mate to Barr. Caleb Mutfwang.
The group drummed support for, reputable lawyer, Barrister Gyang Zi as the PDP running mate for the forth coming 2023 elections.
In a statement issued in Jos by the coordinator of the group, Mr. John Audu, yesterday, the group pointed out: “To attain electoral success, we are concerned with the choice of who occupies the running mate position.
“We find it expedient to call on the State Chairman, Hon. Chris Hassan and the leaders of the party to consider a youth that will add value to the candidacy of Mutfwang.”
Mr. Audu said we have consulted widely across the State with the consensus that Barr. Gyang Zi is the most suitable and qualified person for the number two office of the land.
“We are urging the State Chairman, leader of the party and the candidate to choose a young man as the running mate.”
