Plateau State Programme Committee for the inauguration of the second
term of the Governor Lalong’s Administration has unveiled the lineup of
activities for the forthcoming Inauguration/swearing-in.
Chairman of the planning committee and Deputy Governor of Plateau
State, Prof. Sonni Tyoden said the celebration will be observed in a
low key.
According to him, ” we are taking a cue from the Federal Government. The activities are as follows:
“A total of six (6) Events are proposed to run over a period of six
(6) days, from FRIDAY 24th May
2019 – WEDNESDAY 29TH MAY 2019, as
follows:
1. FRIDAY 24TH MAY, 2019 (One Activity): Special Jumaat Prayer.
2. SATURDAY 25/5/2019 (One Activity): GOLF TOURNAMENT.
3. SUNDAY 26/5/2019 (One Activity): CHURCH SERVICE.
4. MONDAY 27/5/2019 (No Activity):
5. TUESDAY 28/5/2019: PRE-INAUGURAL DINNER.
6. WEDNESDAY 29/5/2019 (Two Activities).
