
Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has arrived Jos, Plateau State today to ascertain first hand the security situation in Plateau State.

Vice president Osinbajo, was received at the airport by Plateau State Governor Simon Lalong and other state security chiefs, his visit is to ascertain the security situation in the State after the gruesome murder of over 100 Natives who were coming back from a Burial by suspected Fulani Herdsmen.
The killings has continued unabated and spread to some parts of the State Capital which led to the imposition of dusk to dawn curfew by the State Government. The Vice President is expected to meet with leaders and stakeholders in the State.
