The Special Days at the Jos 2019 Trade Fair continued today, Tuesday 25th October, 2019 at the Jos Polo Field with the Plateau State Central Zone Day, a combination of five(5) Local Governments in the State (Mangu, Bokos, Kanam, Kanke, Pankshin).
Chairman of Bokos Local Government, Hon Yusuf Mahanan Machen, who spoke on behalf of the Chairmen of the 5 different local government, commended the efforts of the Plateau Central Zone especially the fact that the zone has produced some of Nigeria’s notable persons, including the former head of state Gen Yakubu Gowon.
The Chairman of the Occasion, Hon Mesach Chindaba went on to describe the abundant resources of the central zone and further thanked PLACCIMA and Anista Marketing and
events for the opportunity to showcase the central zone at yet another Trade Fair.
Special Guest of Honor at the Occasion, Hon. Kak’mena Goteng Audu gave his closing remark and thanked all for attendance after which he led dignitaries and guests to tour the Local Government Pavilion. The Occasion was attended by the Mishkan Mwugavul, Da Nelson Bakfur, Emir of Kanam, dignitaries, Elder State Men, Caretaker
Committee Chairmen, Supervisory Counselors, Members of the Chambers,
Exhibitors and the Press.
