The Jos Township Stadium is the home of NPFL team Plateau United and it is rather encouraging to see that the stadium, for the first time has taken its best look since it was built. The stadium is painted with the traditional colours of Plateau United and looking so alive with all the fans and supporters, little wonder the United team is still unbeaten in the League, with such environment at the Stadium it will go a long way to encorage players and fans alike.
Plateau United continued their perfect start to the season in the Nigerian
Professional Football League by winning 2-0. On Wednesday 8th February, playing host to
El-Kanemi Warriors on Match day 7 which was played at the Rwang Pam Township Stadium Jos.
The Plateau State Governor Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong was live in the stadium to watch and support the state team as they did not disappoint.
