Photos from he National Economic Council (NEC) meeting presided by Vice President Shettima held at the Council Chambers, Presidential Villa, Abuja on Thursday, have surfaced online.
The meeting which is the second since the inauguration of the council by President Bola Tinubu is focusing on ways to cushion the effect of fuel subsidy removal.
Vice President Kashim Shettima presided over the meeting, which had in attendance all the 36 governors of the federation, the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), and the Group Chief Executive Officer of Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari, among others.
