His Excellency, the Governor of Plateau State and Chairman of Northern
Governors Forum, Rt. Hon. (Dr) Simon Bako Lalong,Esq., on Wednesday
August 21, 2019 hosted the new Minister of Women Affairs Dame Pauline
Tallen, to a reception in Abuja. 
The reception took place after her
inauguration alongside other Ministers by President Muhammadu Buhari in
Abuja. The event drew a cream of personalities from Plateau State, among
them the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Abdullahi Wase
Maje, Members of the National and State Assemblies from the state,
traditional rulers and prominent sons and daughters of the state calls
for unity and collaboration towards rescuing Plateau State. Governor
Lalong used the occasion to appeal to Plateau sons and daughters
occupying positions at the Federal, State and Local Government levels to
always THINK PLATEAU AND ACT PLATEAU.
