The
APC Committee on Restructuring held its meeting today in Abuja the 4th
of August 2017, chaired by Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai of Kaduna
state,also in attendance were Plateau state Governor Simon Bako Lalong, Kano State Governmor, Ganduje and other members of the committee
Recall that the
All Progressives Congress (APC) set-up a 10-man committee to articulate
the Party’s position on Nigeria’s restructuring.
The Committee held their first meeting on Thursday, the 20th of July and agreed to focus its work in the following areas:
i) Devolution of Power
ii) Review of Revenue Allocation Formula
iii) Citizenship
iv) Review of the 2005 and 2014 Conferences
