the lawmakers of the major political parties, All Progressives Congress
and Peoples Democratic Party as Buhari presented the 2018 national
budget.
Saraki was spotted on camera looking unhappy and disinterested as Buhari addressed the lawmakers amid cheers and jeers.
Some netizens are trying to make an issue of out of the seemingly harmless picture.
It would be recalled that Saraki and Buhari have always maintained a rat and cat relationship since the year 2015.
