A disturbing incident in Enugu has sparked outrage after a mother confronted her daughter’s teacher for allegedly flogging the three-year-old so severely that she was left with visible marks and unable to walk properly.
According to reports circulating on social media, the woman said she received a distress call informing her that her daughter had been brutally beaten by her teacher. Upon arriving at the school, she found her child in pain with multiple marks on her body.
In a viral video, the visibly angry mother displayed the injuries, accusing the school of attempting to shield the teacher responsible.
She vowed to seek justice for her daughter, insisting that the matter would be taken up with the appropriate authorities to ensure accountability.
As of the time of filing this report, the Enugu State Ministry of Education and local police authorities had yet to release an official statement regarding the incident.
