Filmmaker, Ugezu Ugezu has said that for the Oronsanye report be fully implemented, the House of Representatives should be scrapped.
In a post shared on his Instagram page, Ugezu said what Nigeria needs now is the Senate with only 18 Senators, three from each geopolitical zone.
